Here is a selection of people starting new roles with Advise, Hammerson, Devexperts, Vodafone, dnata and OSSM.

Matthew Peat has been appointed as chief category and growth officer with Advise, an AI-powered data analytics platform provider for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands. He will oversee and lead growth strategy across North America, Benelux and Scandinavia. A member of Advise's advisory board for the last three years, he brings 25 years of FMCG experience. Prior to his new role, he spent a decade with Richmond Marketing, notably as director of strategy and insight. Earlier in his career, Matthew was category development manager at LEGO and senior insights manager at NielsenIQ. He also held roles at Colgate and Heineken in his native New Zealand.
