Bank of Ireland makes key new appointment in  shared services

Bank of Ireland has appointed Laura Faulkner as director of shared services, a role that will boost its enterprise-wide value, innovation and service offering.

Laura joins from Nationwide Building Society where she was director of business services tp take on this pivotal senior leadership role with Bank of Ireland. She was also previously chief procurement officer at Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
