The All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship quarter-finals will be played on separate dates at Semple Stadium.
Clare will face Dublin at 7pm on Saturday, June 20, while the following day, Cork will play Offaly at 3:30pm.
Both games will be shown live by RTÉ.
The last quarter-finals staged on different days took place in 2018 when Clare played Wexford at Páirc Uí Chaoimh and a day later, Limerick faced Kilkenny in Thurles.
Last year's quarter-finals - between Galway and Tipperary and Limerick and Dublin - were played on the same day at different venues, the Gaelic Grounds and Croke Park, respectively.
The Cork and Offaly game should draw a major crowd to Thurles.
Former Cork hurler Patrick Horgan expects a Rebels victory.
"Cork will face Offaly, who have made huge strides in recent years," Horgan wrote in his Irish Examiner column.
"It’s great to see them back at the top table because they’re a fantastic hurling county, but Cork will expect to win this one.
"They’re far more experienced and are at a higher stage of development than Offaly, and — even allowing for the misfires Sunday — they have huge attacking power. That’s not knocking Offaly, who will get better and better as their team matures and gains experience, but I’d expect Cork to make the All-Ireland semi-final."
