Property sales duo Crean McCann bring a combined 40 years of experience to their new venture in Kerry

Daire McCann and Diane Crean, who have launched estate agency Crean McCann Property in Tralee, Co Kerry.

Estate agents Diane Crean and Daire McCann have newly launched Crean McCann Property in Tralee, Co Kerry.

Diane and Daire bring a combined 40 years of expertise. Both experienced realtors, their innovative estate agency brings a suite of new communication, transparency and technological services to the property scene in the Kingdom.

Crean McCann is committed to utilising technology to benefit their clients, optimising marketing, presentations and negotiation skills to deliver the best possible outcome in every transaction.

Diane Crean holds a Masters in Real Estate from Reading University, UK, and worked in the London retail property market with DTZ and later as a Leasing Executive of Westfield London shopping centre.

In 2012, Diane joined the Investment Department in Savills, Dublin and advised national and international funds on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property in the Irish market including NAMA, Irish Life, IPUT and Marathon.

She has worked in residential and commercial real estate in Tralee since 2015, representing both private individuals and institutions. Diane is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (and Registered Valuer), the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and is a licenced property service provider with the PSRA.

Meanwhile, Daire McCann brings over 22 years of property experience to the new venture. This includes 18 years at DNG WH Giles in negotiator/valuer and director roles across residential, commercial, development, and agricultural land.

Daire has also worked in property rentals and management, together with residential and commercial sales at with Norths Real Estate Alliance in Tralee. She brings expertise in preparing comprehensive valuation reports, ensuring accuracy and insight in every transaction.

Daire holds a degree in Estate Management Surveying. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and is also a licensed service provider with the PSRA.
