Passenger numbers up 6% at Ryanair in October

Ryanair says its air traffic in October grew 6 per cent compared to the previous month.

The airline says it carried over eight million passengers last month.

Ryanair's Robin Kiely attributed the growth to, which he said was "a new record" to "the success of Ryanair’s offer of lower fares."

According to the company 80 million customers have travelled with it over the past year.
