The Jobs and Enterprise Minister has unveiled a new €250,000 fund to stimulate business start-ups by women.

The Jobs and Enterprise Minister, Richard Bruton, has unveiled a new €250,000 fund to stimulate business start-ups by women.

The fund is part of an effort by Enterprise Ireland to boost the number of export-oriented businesses being set-up and led by female entrepreneurs.

The fund will be open until September 10, and will be open to start-ups in areas such as the internet, food, consumer products, and medical devices.
