United Drug confirms LSE switch
Ireland-based healthcare services group United Drug has today announced it will shift its primary stock market listing to London from Dublin.
The group, which has operations in 20 countries, believes the switch will help boost the company’s attractiveness to international investors.
"We believe that the changes will increase the group's attractiveness to a wider international investor base and are a natural progression for United Drug," said chief executive Liam FitzGerald.
"These changes will have no impact on the business operations of United Drug and United Drug will remain headquartered, incorporated and tax-resident in Ireland".
