40 new jobs for Knock Airport

Forty new jobs have been announced for Knock Airport.

Ireland West Airport said the jobs had been created in advance of what it is expecting to be its busiest ever summer.

Ryanair today began new services into Knock from Barcelona, Paris and Frankfurt. The airline also introduced flights from Milan.

The airport expects these new services to bring more than 30,000 new tourists to the region.
