ISEQ marginally up at close

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed up 12.83 points to 2,562.74, a gain of 0.50%.

Among the risers, Tullow Oil added 68c to €15.79; Grafton Group was up 7c to €2.75; Elan Corp climbed 19c to €8.04 and Kerry Group added 21c to €26.05.

On the fallers' board, Smurfit Kappa was down 14c to €4.14; Kingspan shed 18c to €6.12; Paddy Power closed down 54c to €38.17 and FBD slipped 5c to €6.50.
