Irish mobile services firm creates 20 jobs in US expansion

Irish mobile services company Digital Reach Group (DRG) is expanding into the US.

The company has been acquired by Take 5 Solutions LLC (Take 5), a multi-channel marketing company headquartered in Florida, for a combination of cash and equity in Take 5 Solutions.

The deal is expected to create 20 hi-tech jobs in Ireland, adding to the 16 existing employees in DRG’s Dublin offices.

Take 5, which is backed by New York-based private equity firm Kinderhook Industries, will work with DRG to offer clients in the US a range of mobile services including apps, mobile websites, location-based services, mobile couponing, QR codes and a host of mobile strategies.
