Survey reveals 75% of employers planning to recruit

Three out of four employers plan to take on more staff next year.

A new survey by Hays Recruitment said working conditions may also improve in 2011 with less employers planning to cut pay.

Managing Director Richard Eardley says the findings are 'not surprising'.
