The Director of Corporate Enforcement will not be taking any further action arising from a report by a High Court inspector into allegations of insider trading by former DCC boss Jim Flavin.
Bill Shipsey's report found that the actions and behaviour of DCC in relation to the sale of shares by it and its subsidiary Fyffes in 2000 ''measured up'' to the law's standards.
