Australian inflation tumbles
Australian inflation fell by the sharpest margin in more than a decade in the last three months of 2008.
Australian Bureau of Statistics data shows that the 0.3% drop in the consumer price index to the end of December was the biggest quarterly fall since the third period of 1997.
