DCC makes three board appointments

Business support services group DCC has announced three new appointments to its board of directors.

David Byrne will join the board as deputy chairman and senior independent director. Kevin Melia will join as a non-executive director and Donal Murphy as an executive director.

Kevin Melia’s and Donal Murphy’s appointments will take effect from December 1 while David Byrne’s appointment will start on January 1.
