The Irish Small & Medium Enterprises Association (ISME), has announced that it is to team up with eBay.ie to host a number of masterclasses on how to sell on line.

The first class will be held in the Clarion Hotel, Dublin Airport in Dublin on Tuesday May 27, and will run from 9.30am until 1.00pm.

Training and development manager with ISME, Liz Carroll, said: "The ISME/eBay masterclass presents an excellent and innovative way for anyone to grow their business by selling on eBay.ie."

The seminars are open to all and will provide top tips on how to sell alongside ideas on how to make money on eBay.ie.

From first time users to people planning to sell thousands of items a month, the seminar aims to help users sharpen their selling skills and improve their efficiency when trading on the site.

The event also provides the perfect opportunity for eBay users to learn from those who have already made a real success of trading on eBay.ie. The tutors will be on hand to answer questions and offer advice on individual queries.

Tutors on the day will include Áine Murphy, education officer of eBay in Ireland.

"We are delighted to bring the eBay Ireland Academy to Dublin in conjunction with ISME. This morning masterclass provides a great opportunity to learn more about how to trade on the site. The Academy focuses on informing, teaching and empowering buyers and sellers on the site."
