Musgraves receives approval for J&J Haslett buy-out

Wholesaler Musgraves has received regulatory approval for its acquisition of cash-and-carry business J&J Haslett in the North.

The transaction, which will be completed on September 17, was subject to the regulatory approval of the Competition Authority in Ireland and the Office of Fair Trade in the UK.
