Unitech unveils major expansion
IT consultancy company Unitech Systems, a leading Dublin-based technology consultancy, has today announced a €1m expansion to its new corporate premises.
Unitech Systems employs 20 people and has moved to new corporate headquarters in Sandyford Industrial Estate.
The premises, comprising over 4000 sq ft, represent an initial investment of €500,000 and of €1,000,000 over three years by the company.
Speaking at the opening of the new offices, Tomas O’Leary, joint managing director of Unitech Systems said: “With staff numbers at 20, Unitech is now a significant player in the Irish IT consultancy services market.”
Minister of State Tom Kitt congratulated Unitech on their launch of the first IBM Total Storage Solution Centre in Ireland.
Unitech was named IBM Software Partner of the Year 2004. Loman McCaffrey, public sector account manager for Unitech, was named IBM Business Partner Salesperson 2004
Unitech Systems was set up in 1998 to provide consultancy services on large and midrange systems, principally in the IBM and Oracle markets.
