Midas touch aims to improve regional business

Minister for Communications Dermot Ahern has launched a project aimed at developing a cluster of digital media companies between Dublin and Belfast.

The Midas initiative is designed to develop infrastructure and other supports to help digital media companies get established in the area.

The Dundalk Institute of Technology and the University of Ulster in Belfast are both involved in the project.
