New IBI Corporate Finance director named

Neil Hughes has been appointed as a Director of IBI Corporate Finance.

Hughes was formerly chief executive officer at Island Capital Limited, an in-house corporate finance resource for Irish businessman Denis O'Brien.

Previously, Mr Hughes was head of AIB Capital Markets in Northern Ireland. He is currently a non-executive Director of PGA European Tour Courses Ltd.

His now role will see him specialise in Irish and UK private company activity, as well as focusing on PLC and technology transactions.
