Over 180 SIPTU members are on strike at Bailey’s bottling plant in Clondalkin.
The dispute centres on management’s refusal to talk to SIPTU about a formula for compensation for loss of potential overtime earnings.
Branch secretary Anne Speed says the formula which management put forward for compensation was not negotiated.
