Ireland Live television launched in Dublin
Ireland live television News, a new digital television channel aimed at the global market, was officially launched on 22 February in Dublin with a live broadcast by An Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern.
Ireland Live Television has a rolling news service that will be repeated and updated every 15 minutes using pictures from its own staff crews.
Ireland Live Television News is part of Irish Live Television Networks which is backed by a €6.35m investment by its founder Andy Ruane.
It operates from Andy Ruane's Anner International Facility at 50 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2.
