Unitech completes project for SerCom

Dublin based technology services consulting company, Unitech Systems, has just completed a high level technology infrastructure project for SerCom, who provide supply chain management and eBusiness services to the IT and telecommunications sectors.

The completed project will provide SerCom customers with quicker access to data, integrated solutions across all company functions and simplified business functions. Sercom’s business model has been made more efficient through the newly developed IT infrastructure, which integrates a range of different functions within the company, such as logistics, financial control and human resources.

Unitech designed and implemented a large-scale SAP R/3 infrastructure solution for serCom. SAP R/3 is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software suite, designed to provide solutions for a range of business functions.

"We have developed a number of technology infrastructure solutions to support ERP systems for a range of customers. Indeed, we have advised several of our customers on the development of their entire ERP strategies", said Neil Mullaney, managing director of Unitech Systems.
