Tottenham Hotspur has reported a 50% fall in first half pre-tax profit, blaming its non-participation in high-earning European competition in the current season.

Tottenham Hotspur has reported a 50% fall in first half pre-tax profit, blaming its non-participation in high-earning European competition in the current season.

For the six months to January 31, the Premiership soccer club has reported a pre-tax profit of £900,000, down from £2m last time on turnover down 7% to £27.8 million.
