Winklevoss brothers seek Bitcoin investors

Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, famous for their tussles with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in the social network’s early years, are seeking investors interested in the online currency Bitcoin.

The Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust is offering 1m shares with the objective of tracking the performance of the average price of Bitcoins, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The trust’s sponsor is Math-Based Asset Services LLC, which lists Cameron Winklevoss as CEO and Tyler Winklevoss as chief financial officer.
