AnaBio Technologies scoops graduate business innovation award

A technique using milk proteins and other biomaterials to create capsules that can protect and deliver sensitive ingredients to a target site has won the Ignite Graduate Business Innovation Programme’s Awards held in UCC yesterday.

The Bank of Ireland/Ignite Business of the Year Award 2013, was presented to Dr Sinead Doherty of AnaBio Technologies as the judges believed the company has the most potential.

The judges were particularly impressed with the portfolio of multinational clients that AnaBio has secured to date.
