The ready-meals producer has also just secured listings in all Dunnes Stores branches in Co Cork.

Kinsale Gourmet was one of eight Cork food companies attending IFE under the new ‘Taste Cork: Taste Ireland’ regional brand, supported by Cork County Council and South Cork Enterprise Board.

Kinsale Gourmet owner Owen O’Brien said: “IFE 2013 was an excellent opportunity to meet with food buyers and distributors. Our frozen seafood ready meals range received quite a lot of attention as many people had never tried sea vegetables before and were very curious to taste the meals first hand.”
