Teagasc head of food named research professor at UCC centre

Teagasc’s head of food research, Paul Ross, has been named as research professor in the Alimentary Pharmabiotic Centre in UCC.

Prof Ross will continue in his position with Teagasc. This is the first such appointment in UCC to follow the Alliance in Food Research established between UCC and Teagasc in 2010.

Prof Ross has made a significant contribution to the success of the Alimentary Pharmabiotic Centre, where he engages in research, postgraduate supervision, and other academic activities.
