Britvic’s Irish revenue falls to €190m

IRISH consumers drank 18 million litres less of Britvic products such as 7Up and Ballygowan in the last trading year as sales in pubs plunged.

Britvic’s Irish revenue falls to €190m

The volume of Britvic drinks sold in Irish pubs in the year to October 2 fell 8.7% on the previous year. Take-home volumes were not down as much, falling 2.2%.

The company said total revenue for the Irish business fell by almost 10% to €190m.
