Businesses must comply with Act

Dublin: Law firm William Fry warned businesses of the severe implications, including possible jail terms, if they fail to observe their compliance obligations under the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010.

The comments came at a William Fry breakfast briefing by the head of William Fry’s competition and regulation department, John Handoll.
