Training focuses on diverse workforce

Cork: NASC Irish Immigrant Support Centre is hosting a free training event for employers and HR managers, offering advice on managing a diverse workforce.

The training will cover equality laws, work permits and recent policy changes, with practical ideas on how to harness the benefits of a diverse workforce.

The legal side of the training will be provided by NASC policy officer Claire McCarthy, a qualified solicitor and employment law specialist. Daniel Rodriguez, a former US-based workplace mediator, will translate best-practice principles into practical management strategies.

The event takes place next Thursday, February 25, at 3pm in Jury’s Hotel, Western Road, Cork.
