THE Financial Regulator said important issues that should be taken into consideration when preparing or signing-off on any advertisements have been highlighted to regulated entities.

These issues include the inclusion of key information in the small print and key information or qualifications in respect of a product or service should not be included in the small print of an advertisement.

It also said the size of the font in any advertisement should be appropriate to the channel used.
