AIB raises €200m for investment

AIB Capital Markets has raised €200 million in equity from investors for its Polonia Property Fund.

This will be leveraged to provide a fund of about €800m to investment in property in Poland and other central Eastern European markets.

“Now that we have successfully concluded the fundraising stage we will turn to securing assets for our investors,” said Eamonn Crowley, president of the fund.
