German stocks declined, led by E.ON and BMW. MAN and Infineon Technologies advanced.

Premiere rose as a much as 22%, a record gain, after Germany’s largest pay- television firm won the rights to the country’s top soccer matches by giving 16.7% of its stock to competitor Arena.

The DAX fell 38.83, or 0.6% to 6876.83.
