A FORMER editor-in-chief of The Economist has been made a non-executive director to the Board of Development Consultants International.

Bill Emmott was editor-in-chief at The Economist from 1993 until his retirement and is a writer and lecturer on global economic issues.

DCI is an Irish-based holding company for a number of international development consulting firms based in Ireland, England and worldwide.
