New manager at Tote Ireland

Tote Ireland has announced the appointment of Martin Harrell as its commercial and business development manager. Mr Harrell, 37, has returned from Britain after 16 years to take up this position.

Having worked for the Rank Organisation for 12 years, Mr Harrell spent the following four years as a college lecturer in management and business legislation.

For the past four years he has acted as business and marketing consultant to a portfolio of global organisations in the finance, consumer and pharmaceutical sectors.
