Oxigen Environmental say they are making every effort to retain the 120 jobs at their West Dublin base.

A company that has withdrawn a controversial planning application for a waste depot on the edge of Waterford City wants the public to email it with alternative site suggestions.

Tote Ireland has announced the appointment of Martin Harrell as its commercial and business development manager. Mr Harrell, 37, has returned from Britain after 16 years to take up this position.
