EiRx Therapeuticsin acquisition

EiRx Therapeutics, the Cork Airport business park-based drug discovery company that floated on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) last year, has completed the acquisition of Auvation Ltd.

The deal involving the Aberdeen company was announced earlier this year. The company also said yesterday that pharmaceutical company Merck KgaA would increase its stake in EiRx from 4.9% to 6%.
