Baltimore appoints new auditing firm

Former computer security company Baltimore has replaced its auditors.

BDO Stoy Hayward will take over after previous audit firm KPMG decided against renewing their appointment.

Baltimore said KPMG had previously notified it that it had concerns around the company’s obligations to the American Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as its ability to meet those obligations.
