German stocks on the wane

GERMAN stocks, including BASF AG and RWE AG, declined.

Infineon Technologies AG rose.

The benchmark DAX Index was little changed, slipping 0.29 to 6,078.80 in Frankfurt. Sixteen stocks rose and 14 fell.

The HDAX Index of the country’s 110 biggest companies added less than 0.1% to 3150.95.
