Bird sellers help endangered mynah make a comeback in Bali

Conservationists are working to bring the critically endangered Bali mynah back from the brink of extinction with help from unlikely allies: bird breeders and sellers in Indonesia.

By working with the very group that contributed to the prized birds becoming critically endangered, conservationists are releasing them in Bali province, hoping to boost the wild population.
