Pay rise for employees who get tattoo of company logo

A US estate agency is offering employees a pay rise if they get a tattoo of the company logo.

Rapid Realty employees can get a 15% increase in their wage packet if they get the green and black inking done, and so far 40 willing members of staff have taken the plunge.

Employee Robert Trezza told CBS New York: "I think it’s a good opportunity to show commitment to a company that makes going to work fun every day."

Staff member Joseph Tighe added: "My wife was a little concerned but I said, you know what, it was the best commitment I could think of."
