World's largest bra sold for charity

The world's largest bra has been sold for £3,600 (€4,479).

The 87-foot piece of underwear was purchased by casino company Golden Palace via online auction website eBay for an amount more than triple event agency Chillisauce.co.uk, who posted the item, were hoping to make from the sale.

The auction was organised for raise money for charity Breast Cancer Campaign, and Chillisauce.co.uk's director Adrian Simpson is delighted with the sale.

He said: "We're just really happy that so much money has been raised for Breast Cancer Campaign.

"The fact that it's going to a very interesting new home is a fantastic bonus for all of us who have been involved in the project for the last year."
