Fourth Red Cross member shot in Syria since September

A first aider with the Red Crescent has been shot dead in eastern Syria.

The International Committee of the Red Cross has announced the news.

23-year-old Bashar al-Youssef is the fourth member of the organisation to be killed in Syria since September.
