Labelling changes 'can help us recognise high-calorie foods'
An international cancer charity has said we need to have a better understanding of which foods are high-calorie.
Research shows the vast majority of us do not realise things like houmous and low-fat mayonnaise are "high in energy density", meaning they contain more than 225 calories per 100 grammes.
The World Cancer Research Fund says we are not helped by confusing labels like "light" and "reduced fat".
