Dormitory-collapse search called off in Turkey

Rescuers called off their search for survivors of a collapsed girls dormitory in central Turkey after they pulled the body of an 18th victim out of the debris, an official said today.

The three-storey building crumbled in yesterday’s explosion in the central Konya province, trapping dozens inside.
