Search for 9/11 remains 'to be expanded to nearby roads'

Officials overseeing the recovery of human remains at the World Trade Centre site are to recommend expanding the search to several nearby roads.

A proposal being sent to New York’s Deputy Mayor Edward Skyler today will not suggest increasing the search at ground zero itself.
