Best set for liver transplant

Soccer legend George Best is set to undergo a liver transplant.

The former Manchester United wing wizard has reportedly had an operation scheduled for early next week.

Best’s health has been the subject of much concern over the last year as he continues to battle his addiction to alcohol.

He was recently admitted to hospital in Cyprus with a virus.
