In an exciting opening weekend to the 2024 SSE Airtricity Men’s First Division there will be a historic clash between Cork City and Kerry - it will be the first time the neighbours have met in the League of Ireland - at Turner's Cross. Elsewhere on that Friday night, Athlone Town will host Wexford, Bray Wanderers face UCD and Treaty United welcome Cobh Ramblers to Market's Field for another Munster Derby. Then on the Saturday, Longford Town come up against Finn Harps at Bishopsgate.
