Manchester United made 10 changes for tonight’s Carling Cup quarter-final against West Ham with only Anderson retained from the 7-1 thumping of Blackburn.

Ryan Giggs, John O’Shea and Darren Fletcher offered experience while young guns Chris Smalling, Javier Hernandez and Bebe were given a chance to impress.

West Ham midfielder Scott Parker was named on the bench, despite suffering from a chest infection.
