Lyon midfielder Juninho is still in two minds over whether he will stay at the club next season.

The 34-year-old joined Les Gones in 2001 and has won seven Ligue 1 titles and a Coupe de France during his time at the Stade Gerland.

Lyon face the prospect of not winning any silverware this term as Claude Puel’s men are seven points off the pace set by Marseille and Bordeaux with four matches remaining.

Many have predicted there will be an exodus of players over the summer and Juninho revealed he could be one of them, with a move back to his native Brazil a possibility.

“I’m still thinking it over,” he said. “Sometimes when I go home I tell myself I will leave. Other times I want to stay.

“I have one year left on my contract. The president has told me it’s up to me, but I want to discuss things with the management. We’ll have to wait and see.”
